THORMI HME Shredded is a plant-based protein ingredient made from pea protein, delivering a natural meat-like texture with a neutral flavour profile. Easy to season and highly versatile in sauces, fillings, soups, wraps and other hot dishes in professional kitchens. A flexible solution for both plant-based and hybrid food applications.
