Plant-based Truffle Sausages

Tasty plant-based sausages from pea protein with black truffle. 

Ingredients: water, pea protein, rapeseed oil, black truffle sauce (champignon, truffle juice (water, black truffle), sunflower oil, chopped truffle (3%), corn starch, extra virgin olive oil, vegetable fiber, salt, natural flavors, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, parsley, pepper, garlic, spices), stabilizer (E461), yeast extract, garlic, onion, corn starch, bamboo and Indian tea leaf fiber, carrageenan, beetroot powder, flavorings, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), black pepper.

Nutritional value per 100g: Energy content: 941 kJ / 225 kcal; Fat: 13.6 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 1.2 g; Carbohydrates: 10 g, of which sugars: 0.7 g; Fiber: 3.3 g; Protein: 13.9 g; Salt: 1.7 g.

Cook in a pan on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or in the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 2 days.
