Plant-based shashlik sausages from pea protein with the taste of classical BBQ marinade.

Ingredients: water, extruded pea protein (pea protein, water, potato starch, flavoring yeast), rapeseed oil, stabilizer E461, corn starch, Indian tea leaf and bamboo fiber, carrageenan, yeast extract, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder, beetroot powder, black pepper, oregano.

Energy kJ/kcal: 916/219, Fat 13.7g, of which saturated fatty acids 1.5g; Carbohydrates 5.9g, of which sugars 0.6g; Fiber 3.1g, Protein 10.4g, Salt 1.1g.

Preparation: Cook in a pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, in the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes, grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 2 days.
